We work hybrid. This means that you work approximately 3 days remotely and 2 days a week as a team in the office. With flexible working hours.
And on top of that public holidays, an extra social leave day to do something great with.
We celebrate new deals, successful projects, failures we learn from, anniversaries, birthdays and other great events. We don’t need an excuse to celebrate anything!
