  • You will lead an experienced team of Product, Brand, and Innovation Managers (8 FTE).
  • You will have the opportunity to make an impact through marketing activities for a wide range of brands and concepts across various sales channels such as supermarkets, specialty cheese shops, and foodservice.
  • You will be part of the Commercial Team and hold ultimate responsibility for the development and excellent execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • You are the key link in turning the strength of the supply chain into commercial value.

This is what you’re going to do

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategic marketing plans (12Q) for consumer usage moments (lunch and happy hour) and detailed annual plans.
  • Build a strong long-term innovation pipeline focused on impulse, quality, and sustainability.
  • Build strong (retailer) brands by implementing the How-Brands-Grow methodology.
  • Identify the right impactful marketing initiatives for priority channels, regions, and customers in close coordination with the Commercial Team.
  • Develop Corporate, Brand Communication, and Event strategies (BtL & AtL).
  • Implement continuous improvement opportunities for communication materials, tools, processes, and external agencies, based on effectiveness evaluations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team.
  • Manage marketing A&P budget allocation, reporting, and adjustments.
