This is what you’re going to do

As a Customer Service Officer Export you are the link between our international customers, the Sales team and our Supply Chain. You are responsible for the process from order to delivery. You enter orders, ensure that transport between our product and loading locations is arranged and you ensure that the necessary transport and customs documents are available. You also process and follow up on complaints, returns and any subsequent deliveries. Finally, you monitor the progress of the order process and resolve (threatening) disruptions.

What do you bring?

  • We attach great importance to passion for your work and you come to work with us with a purpose. What exactly that is is different for everyone.
  • You have completed an MBO 4 or HBO education.
  • Preferably you have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position and with COKZ processes.
  • You have good communication skills and are strong in building and maintaining international relationships.
  • You are known for your accurate way of working.
  • It is an advantage if you master a 3rd and perhaps even a 4th language in addition to English and Dutch.

You will become part of the Customer Service team consisting of almost 20 colleagues. In the Customer Service team we work in 4 clusters; Classic Retail, Out of Home & Retail and Wholesale and Export. In addition to you, the Export team consists of 3 other colleagues and you work closely with the Export Account Managers and Sales Assistants. As a Customer Service team, we would like to learn from each other and we find personal involvement and fun in (and outside) our work important!
