This is what you’re going to do

As Team Lead Customer Service you are responsible for managing, motivating and inspiring our Customer Service team Wholesale & International. This team, consisting of 8 employees, ensures that the entire process from order to delivery runs smoothly so that the tastiest cheese is delivered to wholesalers in the Netherlands and international customers.

As a Team Lead you are the first point of contact for the team. You work closely with other departments such as Supply Chain and Sales to ensure that processes run smoothly, resolve complex issues and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve set goals.
  • Ensuring efficient processing and handling of both orders and complaints.
  • Initiating and implementing continuous (digital) improvements in the process.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction by proactively responding to customer needs.

What do you bring?

  • We attach great importance to passion for your work and you come to work with us with a purpose. What exactly that is, is different for everyone.
  • You have completed an MBO or HBO education.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a Customer Service environment (preferably FMCG) where you have developed your coaching and leadership skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are enterprising and take opportunities with ownership.
  • You are decisive and enjoy working in a complex environment.
